Taylor Jackson - President & CEO
Born in Los Angeles, Taylor grew up in the small Northern California town of Petaluma. At an early age Taylor was an avid athlete participating in team sports year round, since the age of eight years old. A standout athlete in high school Taylor received All Section honors in Football, Basketball and Baseball. Injuries shortened Taylor's sports career, but he still has an enthusiasm for sports and enjoys playing basketball, snowboarding and wakeboarding.
In College, Taylor garnered a passion for film, television and music which he studied extensively receiving an Associates Degree in Cinema and Post Production from Saddleback College in Mission Viejo. Taylor went on to the University of California, San Diego where he received a Bachelors Degree in Visual Arts Media. After completing his undergraduate studies, Taylor went to Golden Gate University in San Francisco to pursue a degree in law, after one year, Taylor dropped out of law school to start his own solar company.
Since, entering the solar industry in 2012 Taylor and his team have helped thousands of people transition their homes to solar energy. New Paradigm, Is responsible for eliminating nearly 1 billion tons of harmful carbon emissions from the earth's atmosphere.
Taylor has strong ambitions to expand New Paradigm operations domestically and internationally. He is committed to helping reduce the world's carbon footprint to preserve the environment for future generations.

Pamela Ho - Administrative Manager
Pamela was born and raised in Hong Kong and is trilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. She completed her high school diploma in Hong Kong and decided to pursue her college degree in the United States. She is a proud Bruin, graduating with honors from University of California, Los Angeles, majoring in Business Economics and Accounting.
Gaining knowledge of Economics in school, Pamela understands the importance of getting into a fast-growing and sustainable industry to start a career while she is always interested in environmental-friendly and green products. She has worked in the solar industry for 2 years as an energy consultant. Her experience in marketing, leadership and people skills helped her get promoted to the administrative manager position at New Paradigm.

Her role at New Paradigm, apart from assisting in the human resources, is managing all the administrations as well as marketing and brand management in the company. She is very passionate about growing New Paradigm at every aspect and her favorite part of her role in the business is helping the team and everyone succeed professionally and personally.

Amir Sorial - Core Leader
Amir never lived in the same country for more than 3 years during his childhood. He grew up in 11 different cities across the globe, which gave him an exhilarating perspective of different cultures and the world. Growing up he played soccer, basketball, tennis and ran track. Amir was a competitive athlete recruited for all of these talents but ultimately chose to play professional tennis.
Amir went to Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and played Division 1 tennis during his college career. Unfortunately, after multiple injuries, Amir was forced to halt his tennis career. Throughout college he was also involved in various clubs and organizations at LMU. He graduated with honors and a double major in Political Science and Journalism.
Since joining New Paradigm in 2015, Amir has continued to improve and excel at all aspects of the business and has a true passion for helping people. He has strong ambitions to open up his own solar business and branch out to other industries and locations in the future.

Shirley wong - core leader
Shirley grew up in Sacramento, California. In high school, she was always involved with clubs on campus and she was a volleyball team player. She then attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and received a bachelors degree in Global and International Studies.
Throughout college, she was involved in the sorority, Chi Delta Theta. She was great at social networking and held multiple positions including secretary, sisterhood chair, and Vice President . Playing important roles in her sorority, Shirley gained a lot of experience in communication, collaboration and leadership skills. She considers herself an extrovert and loves any social scene and meeting new people.
She started working in the solar industry in 2013 to pursue her passion in business and sustainable energy. Her long term vision is to continue helping the world one solar system at a time and live an entrepreneurial lifestyle. She is dedicated to coaching and adding value to everyone that gets the opportunity to experience New Paradigm.
